Explore & Book a Free Consultation
Review your timeline - custom pieces typically take 8–10 weeks (up to 12 weeks) to craft once the design is finalized. Gather a few inspiration photos and keywords that describe your vision, then schedule your free 15-minute custom consultation and share them during booking. (Free · 15 minutes)
Talk Through Ideas & Pricing
Gather any gemstones, metals, or additional inspiration materials you'd like to incorporate or trade toward your project. During your free 15-minute consultation, we'll discuss your vision, explore the best approach for your piece, and provide a reliable price estimate - sometimes even without the need for a separate design appointment. (In person or by webchat)
60-minute Full Custom Design
When you're ready, schedule your one-hour custom design appointment. Your $200 deposit is applied toward your finished piece. During this session, we'll finalize the details of your design, and in some cases, create photo-realistic renders while you watch. If needed, we'll follow up with a brief 15-minute review appointment to present the final design proposal. ($200 deposit · credited to your piece)
Approve, Deposit & Craft
Once you approve the design, we apply your $150 consultation fee toward your piece and begin crafting. Most custom jewelry is completed within 6–12 weeks, with occasional fit checks along the way. Once finished, appraised, and ready, we'll contact you to pick up your one-of-a-kind creation. (Ready in 6–12 weeks)
